I love to read.

In particular, I love to read adult and teen fiction books that have a compelling plot and a beautiful, flowing style of writing. It can be hard to find good fiction books to read sometimes, but my goal is to create just a few more.

Lydia Deyes has loved to write stories since she was a child. Her original goal was to write a 100-page book, which was surpassed threefold with the publication of her first novel.

Lydia still cherishes the joy of writing, and plans to continue to do so for many years to come. She is especially inspired by her favorite best-selling fiction and fantasy authors: J.K. Rowling, Patrick Rothfuss, and Erin Hunter.
